Residents in need of transportation are screened for eligibility
for existing transportation services in the community. When
services are not available, the residents are placed on a
church van transporting residents to care weekly. The van
is sustained by the local ministerial alliance, rider and
community donations.
Trips to Chabert Medical
Center in Houma are made on Tuesdays. $5 donation required
for round trip.
